The center pedestal is turned and the three small legs are hand carved. Very nice detailing with beveling and carving details. 2 1/2" high. Also shown with a Clare Bell candle stick (sold separately) to show size. No signature. Great patina, hand made in the 1950's or 1960's. The top is stationary. Table is in great condition.
